2021Nobody Cares
Deepak Kurki Shivaswamy confront with a piece in which he explores various effects of the chaotic character of social signifiers, as they are attached to an individual- who was born in a Hindu family, raised in a Muslim neighbourhood and attender a Catholic school. In the critical, but also intimistic piece “Nobody Cares”, the author, who completed his postgraduate studies at S.E.A.D. (Austria), uses movement as a tool in the exploration of social relations and hegemonies, even though they seem to be beyond reason.

Boundaries and Conditions
Boundary Conditions This site-specific work at Adil Shah Palace looks at igniting an experience that is created by placing moving bodies in and against an architectural space. The aim is to capture the variety of episodes/phases/stages the palace has been through over the course of time. Both the artists i.e., the dancers and the sound designer, are looking at ways to manifest the essence of the building and the people who occupied it over time. They are inspired by the ideologies, political philosophies, and roles that the building has accommodated in some form, still withstanding the test of time.
